About the role

At Opella, we're on a mission to simplify self-care. As a Ci2C Senior Collection Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring strong cash flow and delivering efficient, compliant collections services across the Europe & MEA region.

You'll work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our end-to-end invoice-to-cash processes.
Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections activities, including dunning and customer follow-ups
• Prepare, analyse, and validate Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing reports
• Execute escalation and follow-up actions in line with defined collection strategies
• Lead dispute and claim management, ensuring timely qualification and resolution
• Resolve operational issues effectively while ensuring a strong customer-centric approach
• Act as a subject matter expert, coaching junior analysts and supporting team performance
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-3+ years of collections experience, ideally in an international environment
• Strong understanding of Ci2C / O2C processes and receivables management
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Solid business acumen and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Proactive mindset with experience contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Fluent in English and French
