About the RoleAs a Senior Credit Controller, you will be part of our newly formed Global collections team servicing 23 countries across the world chasing outstanding invoices. Alongside the everyday credit control tasks you will also support a team of credit controllers and be the point of escalation with any issues they may come across.
Main Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of Key accounts.
- High volume of chase calls and emails.
- Ledger review on a bi-monthly basis with escalation to account managers and SLT
- Support the team with collections queries.
- Meeting monthly targets and keeping bad debt to a minimum
- Manage the dunning process.
Required Qualifications and Experience - Experience supporting a team.
- Experience being in a global collections role.
- Ability to deliver high level, accurate reporting.
- Proficient English and French language skills, any other language would be an asset.
- Ability to time manage and prioritize.
- Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
- Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
