We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be collaborating closely with our partners and colleagues in French-speaking areas

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management
• Communication with suppliers and clients
• Coordinating imports and exports procedures
• Managing sales and purchases
• Handling customers' and suppliers' requests
• Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
• Previous experience in Sales or Purchases is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer-centric approach
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
