We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Consultant to process and manage the customer's payroll in Luxemburg.
You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments.

What do you have to offer? - Proven experience as payroll specialist
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Written and speaking proficiency in French.
- English will be used as a main communication language within the company;
- Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus. The ability to assess the user's situation, fundamental wishes and needs;
- Curious, a need to figure out how things work (investigate)
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Able to handle complaints and challenging customers
- Team player who is able to work efficient and independently;
- Working independently in a structured approach;
- Open to learn and have new experiences;
Which task can you expect? - Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Handle requests and potential complaints from customers
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
