Senior Quality Assurance with French

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Development and Infrastructure teams to ensure the quality of delivered products and services.
• Define, implement, and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy (functional, automated, API, integration, performance, regression).
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, test cases, automated scripts, and track and report test results.
• Implement and drive "quality gates" before each release or go-live to ensure only compliant products are deployed.
• Investigate root causes of defects detected in production, propose corrective actions, and continuously improve test coverage and QA processes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation, integrate automated tests in deployment flows, and collaborate with DevOps teams.

Essential skills

Technical skills:

• Experience: Minimum 7-9 years in QA / testing within a software environment
• Test Automation (API, UI, integration): hands-on experience with one or more frameworks (e.g.,Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured, JUnit/TestNG, pytest, ...)
• Solid understanding of API protocols, microservices architectures, databases, and Cloud technologies
• Proven experience with CI/CD environments and testing within continuous delivery pipelines

Soft Skills:

• Languages: French B2 minimum
• Mindset: analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, ability to anticipate risks
• Team player: comfortable working in Agile teams and interacting with business stakeholders
