About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining the Inside Sales System Engineering team, a dynamic group dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional support to our customers. Our team is diverse, comprising talented professionals who collaborate closely to deliver results and ensure client satisfaction, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

You will report to a highly experienced manager who values transparency, open communication, and continuous development. The work setup is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week, allowing for a balance of collaborative in-person sessions and focused remote work. As for travel requirements, occasional trips may be necessary, primarily for client meetings and regional team events, but these will be limited to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Your Role

• Engage with customers to uncover their business challenges and demonstrate how Nutanix solutions can drive their digital transformation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and account strategies that meet customer needs and objectives.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations to influence purchasing decisions and showcase product capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end technical evaluations (POVs) to ensure customer satisfaction and highlight the strategic value of Nutanix offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as their trusted technical advisor.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge on Nutanix products, cloud technologies, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Mentor and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Set and achieve measurable goals for customer engagement, sales support, and technical wins within the first year.

What You Will Bring

• 6-9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with 3-5 years as a Presales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Strong hands-on technical aptitude and adaptability to evolving market demands.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and French.
• Deep understanding of data center and cloud technologies, including virtualization and data management.
• Expertise in Cloud Native technologies and other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in conducting successful proofs of value and aligning technology with customer business objectives.
• Previous mentoring or onboarding experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
