Senior VIP Manager - French Speaker

Are you an experienced VIP Manager for the French market, passionate about the igaming industry, engaging with players, and driven by results? We're looking for someone just like you!

As a Senior French VIP Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for high-value players, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. This is an office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus, with no night shifts and the potential to earn more than €100K per year, including bonuses.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients through chat, email, and phone
• Resolve player issues effectively, ensuring a premium customer experience
• Meet VIP clients at live and streamed events, representing the company professionally
• Develop and implement VIP programs and promotions to drive player engagement
• Evaluate player performance, provide feedback, and work towards meeting or exceeding KPI targets

Education, Skills and Experience

• Native French speaker with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A proven track record of 4+ years as a VIP Manager - French Marketwithin igaming/online casino operations.
• Experience managing sportsbook players
• Previous experience working with VIP players in the French Market is a non-negotiable requirement

What's On Offer:

• Basic salary up to €42K gross, based on experience.
• Comprehensive bonus scheme of up to €5,000/month.
• Shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 (late shifts can be worked from home).
