Position Highlights
The Server Administration Request Coordinator ensures the efficient management of service requests, from logging to fulfilment, by coordinating technical teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role guarantees that requests are delivered on time, according to defined SLAs, and in line with ITIL best practices.
Main responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming service requests in the ITSM tool and assign them to the appropriate resolution groups.
• Ensure requests are prioritized and processed according to SLAs and business criticality.
• Coordinate technical teams for request fulfillment, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Communicate regularly with business and IT stakeholders regarding request status and progress.
• Track and report on request volumes, backlog, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in request management.
• Produce dashboards and reports for management review
Main requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a Request Management or IT coordination role.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Previous exposure to IT infrastructure or Managed Services environment.
• Good knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Solid Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (PowerBI)
• French (B2 minimum, C1 preferred); English B2.
