Service Administration Specialist with French

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Team is growing, therefore we are looking for a new colleagues who will join us.

If you are detail oriented person and you have very good level of using French language, we may have an interesting opportunity for you! :-)

Your responsibilities:
  • Service contracts administration,
  • Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance and contract renewal,
  • Maintaining customer information and device database in CRM with reference to information delivered by technicians or customers,
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team,
  • Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Very good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken) - min. B2.
  • 2-3 years' previous experience in customer service or similar role.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Strong focus on details.
  • Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work.
  • Good understanding of complex business processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, however we will be happy to show you how this system works.
