Your skills - Experience in creating documentation
- Good knowledge of the ticketing tool
- C1 in relevant language
- Experience in technical support
Your tasks - Remotely connect with end-users to provide L1 support via phone or email in a timely manner to provide a high level of service
- Escalate complex and unresolved issues
- Provide support on services in accordance to current standards and log accurately customer incidents and service request
- Maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies and methods of support, in order to provide accurate support
