About the role

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
• Challenge existing models & procedures and work toward updating them to improve the speed of delivery.
• Drive the continuous service improvement while constantly evaluating the customer perception of the service.
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
• Report and Engage with Top Management.
• Lead, monitor, and control the activities of other transversal roles in scope, and ensure the delivery.
• Lead industrialization of delivery model for new services .

About you

• Significant experience in technical project management
• Have a good experience of transversal coordination and management
• Rigorous, with good ability to anticipate and adapt to complex environment
• Efficient and relevant reporting skills
• Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required
• Ability to work in a virtual matrix team environment
• Good interpersonal skills, coaching skills and easiness in writing documentations
• Experience in IT infrastructures (System, Storage, Backup, Network and Security)
• English and French fluency
