Sessional Instructor - French

• Are you looking to share your experience and expertise to help develop French skills for beginners to higher intermediate? Do you want to participate in fostering a collaborative, inclusive learning environment?

This exciting role will include:

• Delivery of the French Beginners, French Improvers, French Lower Intermediate and French Higher Intermediate leisure courses at our Lewes campus, which includes developing engaging lessons that encourage students to expand their knowledge of French and to explore a wide range of topical issues, such as French culture and traditions, education, history, lifestyles.
• Teaching and mentoring students to build on and expand their knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, as well as to gain confidence in speaking and writing in French.
• Working with the wider adult leisure department and contributing to the positive learning environment.

If you can demonstrate the following then we'd love to hear from you:

• C1/C2 knowledge of French (either fluent or strong command of the language)
• Good classroom management and an energetic, uplifting approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and committed to being part of an effective team.
• For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. We are able to offer teacher development & qualifications to enable teaching success.

Annual salary: £22.38 per hour this includes £2.83 holiday oay
