We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Social Media Marketing Specialist with
excellent French language skills to manage and grow the online presence of multiple projects and brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across different social media platforms while ensuring each projects unique voice and goals are met.
This role requires multitasking, creativity, and strong knowledge of both
organic and paid social media strategies, with a special focus on engaging French-speaking audiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple projects/brands.Create high-quality content in French and English (posts, captions, reels, videos, stories, blogs).Manage several social media accounts simultaneously while maintaining brand identity for each project.Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments/messages in French and English.Run paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).Track and analyze performance metrics for each project, prepare regular reports, and optimize campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, project managers) to ensure consistency.Stay updated on latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SMM Specialist / Social Media Manager, preferably across multiple brands or projects.
- Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media tools, analytics, and paid campaigns.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in French.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Nice-to-have qualifications- Experience working with international projects or francophone markets.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and community-building strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing integration with social media.
