About the Role:
In this role, you will play a central part in fostering a positive,purposeful learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve theirbest. You will take responsibility for student learning, using data effectivelyto plan, organise, and evaluate progress across the year. You will create safe,orderly classrooms, promote positive behaviour, and maintain confidentiality inline with school policy. Your role will include communicating thoughtfully withfamilies, collaborating closely with colleagues, and contributing fully to thewider life of the school-whether through meetings, duties, or supporting schoolevents. You will also help strengthen home-school links and support students'wellbeing, including guiding them through friendship challenges andcontributing to a culture of listening and respect.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a start date in September 2026.
