- Candidate must be fluent in WRITTEN & ORAL FRENCH (Min reqm DELF B1 certification) alongside STRONG communication skills in ENGLISH
- Role is CUSTOMER FACING and candidate is required to deliver excellent CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE by resolving queries timely via Email & Chat from customers on OTIF basis (On-time in-Full)
- Candidate must demonstrate strong ANALYTICAL & CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDSET, CENTRICITY and demonstrates EMPATHY while communicating with customers
- Candidate must have good INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, TEAM PLAYER MINDSET and can COLLABORATE with other internal stakeholders to resolve the customer's query.
- Candidate must have STRONG PROFICIENCY in MSOffice applications (Excel, Outlook, Onedrive, Teams)
- Prior experience in Customer service/Shipping & logistics/documentation/Live Chat/Transaction processing role will be an added advantage
