As an HR Services Specialist French Speaker, you will play a central role in managing employee documentation, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting operational HR processes. Your work ensures compliance with legal and internal requirements while fostering a structured, efficient, and employee-focused HR environment. This role is key to providing high-quality HR experience across the organization and enabling HR teams to operate effectively.
What You'll Do
- Manage and resolve complex HR cases across the employee lifecycle, from hiring through performance management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for advanced HR inquiries, providing clear communication and effective problem-solving support.
- Process, maintain, and validate HR data and transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain and support the Time & Attendance system, ensuring data integrity and correct processing of working time records.
- Provide advanced HRIS support, including troubleshooting system issues, supporting updates, and coordinating system improvements and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Compliance) to resolve complex and specialized HR matters.
- Support vendor coordination (e.g., payroll, benefits, HR systems providers) and ensure alignment with internal standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, employee relations, or a related field.
- Experience in a tiered HR shared services environment and working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors in payroll, benefits, or HR technology.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in both local and global contexts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- High level of discretion, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and French required.
