SQM Buyer with French
As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support to Supplier- Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;
- Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;
- Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;
- Assist suppliers to contact ARIBA Helpdesk and have their issues solved;
- Managing the initialization of the process (creation of new suppliers, renewal of qualification processes, extension of existing processes);
- The risk analysis of the process (criteria concerned: Anti-Bribery, Finance and Social Responsibility);
- Managing the qualification of the supplier;
- Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;
- Voice tasks 70%.
What will you bring?
- Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;
- BPO Experience of 3 year minimum in Procurement operations;
- Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
- Team Handling Skills;
- Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or ARIBA or COUPA.
