We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive growth across the French market, managing and developing a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
This role focuses on building strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level and decision-makers) and delivering tailored solutions across Connectivity, Colocation, Cloud, and infrastructure services. You will operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments across sectors including financial services, legal, consulting, and insurance.
Success in this role requires a disciplined, consultative sales approach combined with strong hunting capabilities to develop new business within both existing and greenfield accounts.

Key Responsibilities • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the French market
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (hunter mindset)
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closing
• Position Zayo's full portfolio (Connectivity, Cloud, etc.) to address customer needs
• Retain and expand existing revenue through long-term strategic engagements
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience, contributing to strong NPS performance
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, operations) to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications & Experience • 3+ years of experience in B2B solution selling within telecom, cloud, or ICT sectors
• Proven success selling into the French enterprise market
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
• Solid commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong understanding of connectivity and cloud infrastructure solutions

Language Requirement (Mandatory) • Fluent French (business level, spoken and written) is essential
• Ability to lead sales conversations, negotiations, and presentations in French
• Professional proficiency in English required for internal collaboration
