Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support European and local business development initiatives and needs, by identifying talent across multiple functions and job levels (Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, HR, IT etc.);
• Source candidates using multiple, efficient channels, to find best talent across several countries, with critical impact on the future commercial success of Samsung Europe;
• Recruit in a fast-paced environment by working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fully understand recruitment requirements and present short lists supported by arguments (candidate profile based on phone interviews);
• Help build targeted candidate sourcing strategies to support proactive succession & talent pipeline, market intelligence and competitor insight projects;
• Track and update recruitment data in Workday (ATS) and recruitment status reports;
• Engage in process improvement & best practices initiatives across organization.

Skills and Qualifications

What would we appreciate about you?

• Strong English & French languages are required;
• Broad recruiting background, preferably European with min. 2+ years' experience in candidate direct search, with affinity to sourcing and phone screening for a variety of roles.
• Research experience within a multinational company, preference to SSC/GBS/Recruitment Agency or FMCG with a Sales & Marketing bias;
• Ability to work effectively with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion;
• Passion for recruitment, strong social skills & high level of influence, necessary to communicate with candidates and a wide variety of internal customers;
• Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations and communication styles;
• Flexibility and willingness to support new projects;
• Reporting on long / short lists with detailed candidate data insights;
• ABachelor's degreein Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is nice to have;
