Your daily actionsThe Service Desk is made up of a great team of various nationalities. Helping others gives you energy and you will enjoy working with colleagues from different departments. In this position, you will communicate with the stores as well as departments at our international headquarters. If a problem cannot be solved immediately, you will look for a solution. You can answer questions by phone and via our ticket system. You then make sure that all questions are entered in our database.
As a Store Support Employee, you will be assigned to a team during opening hours. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. The Sunday emergency service (working from home) is distributed fairly among our employees.
Meet your new teamThe 2,600 Action stores are located in 12 countries, all with the same good customer experience. This is only possible if the stores all work in the same way and can perform their daily work in the best possible conditions: making customers happy, caring for employees, but also working efficiently.
