What You'll Do - Drive strategic account growth in the French market through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals while maintaining a hunter's mentality to uncover new business opportunities.
- Identify new decision makers and buying centers within existing accounts to expand engagement.
- Collaborate with global learning leaders and leverage your consultative sales approach to connect them with goFLUENT's value.
- Partner closely with Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture, expand, and maximize account value.
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI-based proposals to support strategic sales conversations.
- Represent goFLUENT at fairs, events, and client meetings throughout your territory.
What You'll Need - 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- SaaS and international sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in French (native or fluent) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven, collaborative setting.
- Social media fluency in a professional context; confident using LinkedIn for outreach and networking is a plus.
- A consultative, data-informed approach to sales with a strong ability to build ROI-based business cases.
