ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Subcontracting administrative technician french speaker.

Working closely on a daily basis with the Business Managers, accounts, legal department, suppliers and sales, you will be responsible for managing your supplier/subcontractor portfolio from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process purchase requests submitted by operational teams,
• Manage purchase orders in SAP from request creation through to receipt confirmation,
• Follow up on purchase orders with requesters, buyers, and suppliers,
• Provide support to users and promote procurement best practices,
• Coordinate accounting closing activities with the Accounting Department,
• Ensure the smooth operation of procurement activities, including follow-up with stakeholders and invoice monitoring,
• Handle workflows and resolve invoicing disputes,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+2/Bac+3),
• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management is highly appreciated,
• Strong Excel skills,
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
