We are looking for
Supplier Master Data Intern (French)
to join our team in Budapest!

Estée Lauder is on the lookout for talented students like you to become part of our SLS team. As an Intern you'd be part of our OneSource organization supporting suppliers providing goods or services to the company. As the company adds new supplier to their supply base, this group will support bringing them onto the supplier network, following up with them as needed. This group will also support the maintenance of existing supplier information within the company.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Onboard new suppliers using Ariba and SAP technology.
• Register ELC existing suppliers in Ariba SLP module so that they can self-maintain their basic data.
• Work with Suppliers via phone/email to retrieve and update data as required.
• Ensure data integrity in key system and maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
• Support Supplier data updates, when required.
• Follow Supplier compliance processes and procedures.
• Create reporting on Supplier key data metrics.
• Compose and maintain documentation on Supplier data onboarding and updating.
• Periodic update of data definitions, whenever necessary.

About you

• Ongoing collage/university studies preferably on the field of economics/logistics.
• Willingness to work at least 20 hours/week - we offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate your schedule.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines.
• Able to follow complex processes and to manage multiple deadlines (reprioritizing as needed).
• MS Office skills.
• Fluent in French and English, enabling effective communication with suppliers from various regions.
