We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Junior Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support to Supplier - Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;
• Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;
• Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;
• Performs financial analysis and reporting activities in accordance with established process requirements;

What will you bring?

• Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;
• Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;
• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

• Exposure to procurement operations (2 years);
• Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
• Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.
