At HP Sant Cugat Site (Barcelona) we currently have more than 2000+ professionals with more than 60 different nationalities. Hosting 12 businesses, we have the largest HP R&D Lab outside the US. Furthermore, we are the WW HQ of the Large Format Printing Business and the EMEA HQ of the Graphics Solutions Business.

Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will build trusted relationships with key decision makers within the business, HR colleagues and great candidates to help the best suitable talent find their next fulfilling career step at HP. And above all you will be a key player on strategic projects, joining diverse team members from other HR functions and business to innovate!
What will your day consist of? - You will manage end to end recruiting process for openings in the South Europe, Middle East and Africa countries.
- You will collaborate with Hiring Managers on defining the relevant sourcing strategies, optimal effective methods on screening/interviewing candidates, and offer negotiation steps
- You will leverage key recruitment tools and channels to reach both passive and active candidates on the market, always looking for out-of-the-box solutions
- You will continuously look to expand your own and team knowledge on the talent market bringing actionable competitors' moves insights
- You will counsel Hiring Managers on the recruiting process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
- You will participate in talent acquisition process and/or branding enhancement projects to define the next innovative best practice
Who are we looking for? A mind and soul to grow with us!- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
- Native French speaker
- Excellent level of English
- 2-3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, willing to continuously learn
- Workday and Eightfold experience will be a plus
- A strong collaborator with ability to build relationship across teams and cultures
- An independent result-oriented professional with drive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges and keep a positive can-do approach
- Ability to adopt pragmatic and flexible approach, while not missing details
- A passionate recruiting lover with social media interest, you play on multiple channels to be part of conversations
