We are expanding our team and opening a new full time permanent position of Talent Acquisition Partner in Belgium who will contribute to this mission and attract and source top talents to satisfy current and future business needs with high diversity in to-be-recruited positions.
This position is focused on the consultative side of talent acquisition and will partner with our global and local HRBPs and Hiring Managers. Our future colleague will work in a global, remote team with the supervisor working from another country. He/She will be invited to join a multi-cultural environment that requires intercultural awareness and ability to adapt work style.
A job that matters: Your Tasks - Own and manage the recruiting process end-to-end across Engineering, Sales and Technical roles and collaborate with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to get the support needed
- Develop, evolve and use impactful recruiting strategies to attract top talent using a variety of active or passive channels whilst building and nurturing talent pipelines
- Proactively partner with internal clients to maintain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs to ensure focus and efforts are in alignment with priority and business needs
- Ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience by driving the process and the communication between all relevant stakeholders
- Serve as an advisor and resource to HR BPs and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process
- Contribute to our global talent acquisition network to improve tools and processes, share best practices, and participate in related projects
- Ensure a successful transition to the preboarding/onboarding stage.
An experience that matters: Your Skills - 3 years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English at professional level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Team player with ability to build relationships in a remote setup
What we prefer: - Ideally experience in a corporate or high-volume staffing setting
- Experience balancing a diverse requisition load, including a variety of Engineering, Sales and Technical roles
- Experience using a variety of talent attraction methods and tools: job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc.
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors or a similar applicant tracking system
