Bruker has a new opportunity for a
Talent Acquisition Partner with French (m/f/d) for the shared service center based in Warsaw. This incumbent should possess advanced administration and organization capabilities along with the ability to focus on high quality, prioritize workloads, and demonstrate a customer-oriented working attitude.
Responsibilities- Effective Talent Selection: Facilitate behavioural video interviews with hiring managers and candidate to offer professional insights and guidance in the assessment and selection of qualified candidates
- Recruitment Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and improve overall hiring effectiveness
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational objectives, develop strategic workforce plans to ensure alignment of talent acquisition efforts with business needs
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Utilise effective screening techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared
Qualifications- Proven experience within recruitment/talent acquisition/HR or similar area
- Fluency in French (min. B2 Level)
- Knowledge in: Polish and/or English is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence and be seen as a trusted advisor, leveraging a strong business acumen
- Ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
- Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
