Talent Acquisition Specialist - Your future position?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition organisation within Givaudan Business Solutions. Based in Budapest and reporting to a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the assessment and recruitment of talent for specialist, first-level management, senior specialist and professional roles across the region.
Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues, you will ensure that recruitment processes are fair, efficient, consistent and aligned with our recruitment standards.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Your future position?

In this exciting role, you will:
Drive recruitment delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from interview planning and panel alignment through candidate evaluation, offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.
- Ensure a fair, consistent and compliant recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Partner with stakeholders
- Collaborate with TA Managers, Sourcers, Coordinators, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Provide recruitment expertise and practical hiring guidance.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of recruitment activities in line with business objectives and recruitment standards.
Build talent pipelines and market insight
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using market intelligence, digital tools, advertising platforms and talent analytics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, external networks and candidate communities.
- Contribute to strengthening Givaudan's employer brand and future hiring readiness.
Improve processes and candidate experience
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve recruitment workflows, service delivery and candidate experience.
- Use data, stakeholder feedback and process innovation to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, HR data governance, labour regulations and internal controls.
Manage recruitment data and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data across relevant talent platforms.
- Contribute to operational reporting, analytics, dashboards and governance activities.
- Use recruitment data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Manage vendors and recruitment documentation
- Manage relationships with third-party assessment providers and ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
- Develop and maintain recruitment documentation, interview guides, training materials and process manuals.
You?
You bring a strong Talent Acquisition background, a customer-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across a regional and international environment.
Your professional profile includes:
- A college or university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex or international environment.
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment data, reporting and digital tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Understanding of corporate policies and work instructions.
