A day in the life of...

Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the assigned functions / businesses within agreed timelines. Partnering with Line Managers and HRBPs to facilitate effective and efficient recruitment activities enabling Managers to hire the best available talent at the right time. Acting as a Talent Advisor providing functional expertise, market insights and solutions. Managing candidate care and providing a positive candidate experience throughout each stage of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

End to End Talent Acquisition
• Understand the hiring needs of the assigned functions / businesses including position descriptions and candidate criteria.
• Perform End to End Recruitment Function for basic, volume or hard to fill positions such as, but not limited to Associate, Analyst, Specialist Level, Niche or Bi-lingual Roles, Non-graded Roles and Intern Roles among others.
• Support North America (especially Canada/Quebec region) by managing recruitment requirements aligned with regional market needs and business priorities.
• Proactively partner with Line Managers and HRBPs to facilitate effective and efficient recruitment activities enabling Managers to hire the best available talent at the right time.
• Identify and leverage various sourcing channels to build talent pools for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Execute the end to end talent acquisition process including strategic alignment meeting, talent attraction and sourcing strategy, interview and assessment strategy, salary analysis and offer management.

Talent Advisor
• Partner with Talent Management to align talent pipelines with Succession Planning
• Collect and analyze recruitment data, such as candidate sourcing channels, time-to-fill, and quality of hires, to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
• Maintain awareness on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights to provide recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies and attracting top talent.
• Effectively communicate recruitment insights, trends, and recommendations to hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leadership, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Coaching line managers in Nestlé standards and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to share recruitment insights, metrics, and recommendations with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that stakeholders and hiring managers are well aware of the hiring status updates through email correspondence or regular governance meetings

Candidate Care
• Promote Nestlé employer brand and value proposition by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a personalized and professional experience. Maintain regular and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status, interview schedules, and next steps.
• Provide candidates with the necessary information and resources to prepare for interviews, including details about the interview format, interviewers, and any specific requirements.
• Gather feedback from candidates after interviews and assessments and provide constructive feedback helping candidates understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects, White or Yellow Belt Projects and new initiatives to deliver best in class recruitment services.
• Act as SME for Recruitment
• Perform or Implement Process Mapping to ensure elimination of waste activities and impact efficiency and effectiveness of the team

Internal Control and Compliance
• Adhere to Nestlé Business Services processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations as well as Nestlé standards, processes and guidelines throughout each stage of talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information

Other Expected Functions
• Perform other special tasks assigned that are critical in the Recruitment Operations as maybe necessary

What will make you successful
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder. Preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or Management or the like.
Employment Experience: 5 Years Minimum Experience in End-to-End Recruitment for Volume or Hard to Fill Roles. Previous experience working in a complex, multi-national organization preferably with work experience in CPG, FMCG, Shared Services or Similar Industries
Functional Expertise: Experience in international placements Preferably in Asia Pacific & North America Regions. Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Preferably SuccessFactors. Experience in Intermediate to advance skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required to support the Canada/Quebec region.
Willingness and ability to work on a Night Shift schedule Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement: 2x per week onsite at NBS Meycauayan, BulacanStakeholder Management Expertise: Experience in managing positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Process Improvement and Project Implementation Expertise: Experience in managing projects and or process improvements
