The business is growing so we are! Our local Human Resources team is looking for a person with a bright and enthusiastic mind to support our business within the diverse field of Recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Searching for the candidates using the direct search method;
- Use different recruitment and social platforms to proactively contact qualified candidates on the local market and abroad;
- Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview with chosen candidates
- Scheduling appointments between the candidates and the Hiring managers/Technical members;
- Managing E2E recruitment (strong cooperation with Hiring managers) for the assigned scope;
- Entering and updating data in the recruitment systems;
- Develop a pipeline of candidates for the different positions in the company;
- Source, pre-screen and conduct interviews with the candidates;
- Attend career shows and different events to present the company and our core values;
- Contribute to the employer branding strategy of the company;
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources team.
Requirements - Must have at least 2+ years of experience on a relevant position of hiring for fast-growing companies;
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Experience with social media channels and professional networks;
- Ability to deal with rapidly varying tasks;
- Ability to organize his/her schedule and multitask;
- Knowledge of Workable or other ATS would be a strong asset;
- Fluency in French, both written and verbal;
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage;
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate well both internally and externally;
