Talent Management & Recruitment Team Lead with French

Job Description

In this role you'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team across recruitment, sourcing, talent management, and onboarding.
• Oversee full recruitment delivery: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, KPIs.
• Coordinate performance cycles, succession planning, and talent programs.
• Ensure accuracy of talent data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Act as functional owner for TM/Recruitment tools (Oracle ATS, SAP, eGEDP, Power BI).
• Manage escalations, ensure compliance, and support process improvements.

What's needed:

• 7+ years of HR experience, incl. 3+ in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in recruitment and talent management cycles.
• Advanced HR systems knowledge (Oracle ATS, SAP HR, Power BI).
• Strong data literacy and KPI-oriented mindset.
• Fluent French + strong English communication.
• Experience in shared service or complex organizational environments.
