E-ACT West Walsall Academy is seeking a full time Teacher of French, you will be joining a wonderful team who are passionate about providing high-quality education to pupils. Y ou will have the opportunity to work closely with a fantastic team that focuses on promoting on a supportive environment, independence and enhancing life skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Select and prepare a range of resources that take in to account all students' learning needs, languages and cultural backgrounds
• Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners
• To work collaboratively with other professionals and manage the work of support staff to enhance students' learning
• Have a good understanding of factors influencing student learning, including ethnicity, gender, abilities and attainment and how these relate to personalised provision for students.
• Take responsibility for your own professional development by reviewing your own performance, acting upon advice/feedback and keeping abreast of current developments in good practice

Pay range: M1 - M6 £31,650.00 - £43,607.00

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• KS5 Maths Teaching experience is essential
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Passion for creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the academy's values and ethos
