Job Description
Set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the Stour Estuary and within an hour of London, Royal Hospital School (RHS) is a leading, co-educational boarding and day school providing a full and broad education, fit for the modern world.
In 2025, RHS entered an exciting new chapter as part of the Inspired Learning Group (ILG). This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver an exceptional education while preserving everything that makes RHS unique, our traditions, our character, and our community spirit.
The Royal Hospital School has the following vacancy: Teacher of French (part time)
RHS is looking to appoint a talented and motivated graduate to the post of part-time Teacher of French (0.5 FTE) with effect from September 2026. It is expected that you will be able to teach French from Year 7 through to A Level. The ability to teach some Spanish would be an advantage.
The new Teacher of French will be expected to bring a dynamic and creative teaching style to this academic department. You will be passionate about developing a love of languages in pupils.
