Job Summary: Modern Foreign Language Teacher (French)
Ansford Academy, part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP), is seeking a Full-Time MFL Teacher specializing in French to join their supportive team. Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are particularly welcomed.
Key Details
Role: Teacher of French (KS3 and KS4).
Salary: Main Scale Only.
Contract: Full-Time.
Start Date: July 1, 2026, or September 1, 2026.
Closing Date: Friday, June 5, 2026, at 09:00.
The Academy particularly encourages applications from ECTs and offers a robust support package:
A dedicated mentor for 1-to-1 coaching.
A reduced timetable to allow for reflection and planning.
Access to a research-led induction program and a Trust-wide network of peers.
A culture of "open doors" to observe expert practitioners.
