Are you a motivated and inspiring Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages with a strong history of securing excellent outcomes for students? Ousedale School - Olney Campus is looking for an experienced MFL teacher, with a preference for those able to teach Spanish and French , to join our vibrant and supportive school community. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons and foster a real enthusiasm for language learning among our students.

Key r esponsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and inform future planning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on progress, achievements and any concerns.
• Maintain strong behaviour management using school policies, routines and consistent expectations.
• Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, supported and motivated to succeed

Pay range :

M1-M6: £32,916 - £45,351

Part time (hours to be negotiated) , Fixed Term (2 terms) Maternity Cover

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to Secondary Education.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality, engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Confident classroom management skills, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and progress.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
