JOB SYNOPSIS
The School of Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics at the University of Limerick is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant in French for a ten-month period. The post is open to qualified applicants in the discipline of French and Francophone Studies, broadly defined. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the discipline of French and Francophone studies in both discipline-specific and comparative contexts, through both French and English according to context. They will also fulfil related administrative, pastoral and pedagogical duties.

Salary Scale: €38,890 p.a. pro rata

"A Teaching Assistant post in the University of Limerick operates as a training contract. The duration of the contract is limited to 10 months. However, it may be renewed for one further period only not exceeding 10 months. Applications will only be considered from individuals who have not already received two Teaching Assistant contracts"
