Job Description

• Support IT specialists by gathering and sharing transversal information.
• Bring clarity and highlight the business impact of the retained solution.
• Support and continuously contribute to improve the processes.
• Attend the project daily meetings.
• Software Development using Cobol language.
• Perform development work with efficient and quality deliverables.
• Understand the requirements document and convert them into Cobol programs.
• Work with Business Analyst and Technical Leads to deliver quality product.
• Involves in support activity during various testing phases of the project.
• Strictly adhere to client's standards, processes, quality and security processes.
• Creating test documents and execute test cases.
• Provide support to clients when doing User Acceptance Testing.
• Aid junior team members in solving technical issues and provide knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of programming experience in COBOL, DB2/SQL, JCL, CICS COBOL Online (Screens and Maps) and sequential file handling.
• More than 5 years experienced in system analysis and design.
• Experience in Visual COBOL and Eclipse development tool.
• Knowledge in Unix shell scripts is good to have.
• More than 5 years experience in conducting program unit testing and system integration testing.

• CI/CD Understanding Jenkins, Git
• Java

Languages:

• English (minimum B2) and French (minimum B1), is mandatory.

Working model:

• Hybrid working model in Lisbon.
