Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Advisor with a strong Data background to join an international and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring high-quality support, efficient request management, and continuous service improvement.

This role requires strong analytical skills, customer focus, and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Experience working in data-driven environments and agile teams is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process requests received from internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels (phone, email, ticketing systems, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality customer support while maintaining service standards, operational controls, and data confidentiality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with users and stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing areas of dissatisfaction.
• Monitor, report, and follow up on incidents, anomalies, and operational issues.
• Contribute to service excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across teams.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of operational procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Support, Application Support, Service Desk, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data-related processes and business environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong customer service focus and communication abilities.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments is a plus.
