About the role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will join our multicultural Technical Support Group (TSG), acting as a trusted problem-solver for French-speaking customers across a wide range of industries. You'll provide expert remote support, tackle technically complex challenges, and play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that directly impact customer success.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you'll be doing
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to French-speaking customers
- Recommend tailored solutions based on customer-specific applications
- Evaluate conveyor systems and propose performance improvements
- Deliver technical presentations via Microsoft Teams and other platforms
- Train customers and internal teams on products and applications
- Research and analyse technical data to support customer needs
- Create detailed Bills of Materials for projects
- Contribute to technical tools, knowledge sharing, and documentation
- Fluent French and English
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical field
- Experience in technical support, industrial sales, or equipment specification (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
