Role OverviewWe are looking for a
Technical Support Engineer with experience in
SWIFT banking systems to support mission-critical payment and messaging platforms. The role is client-facing and requires strong communication skills in
French, within an international banking environment.
Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience with SWIFT (banking / financial systems - NOT iOS)
- Good understanding of SWIFT messaging standards (MT / MX)
- Experience in technical or application support in banking or financial services
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents and work with production systems
- Familiarity with IT support processes and SLAs
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for SWIFT-based banking applications
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to payment and messaging flows
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners
- Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Language Requirements- French - fluent (mandatory)
- English - professional level
