Are you ready to take the lead in driving new business growth within our B2B Telesales operations in Lisbon?

As our new Telesales Manager - French Speaker (m/f/d), you will own the Hunting strategy, leading a high-performing team focused on developing and expanding corporate client relationships with prospective customers.

At the heart of our business, Telesales specializes in turnovers of up to €50,000, and our Lisbon team has grown from 1 to 13 FTEs in less than 2 years.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own and drive new business acquisition by leading the Hunting team (3-5 agents) in Lisbon, with a laser focus on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective corporate clients
• You shape the future of our Hunting strategy, defining best practices, outreach frameworks, and pipeline management approaches to fuel sustainable growth
• You monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member, with a strong emphasis on prospecting activity, conversion rates, and new client onboarding
• You provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and motivation to build a structured, high-performing acquisition team, with excellence in telephone sales techniques at its core
• You stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to sharpen SIXT's positioning and identify new acquisition opportunities
• You efficiently leverage sales tools such as Genesys, Salesforce (SFDC) and AWS to maximize team productivity and pipeline visibility
• You report directly to the SME International Director, contributing to broader strategic decisions and team expansion plans as the organization continues to scale rapidly

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• B2B Telesales Expertise You bring a proven track record in B2B Telesales, with demonstrated success in new business development and outbound acquisition over several years
• Leadership Experience You have 5+ years of strong leadership experience, with the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop high-performing sales agents in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Hunter's Mindset You are results-oriented, proactive, and energized by targets, challenges, and the thrill of opening new accounts
• Communication Skills You possess excellent communication and stakeholder skills, enabling effective engagement across teams and levels, including senior leadership
• Adaptability You are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, thriving when the organization is scaling and the playbook is still being written
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in CRM systems and telephone sales tools; experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage
• Languages You are fluent in French and English; additional language skills are a plus and highly valued
• Tech-Curious Mindset You have an interest in AI tools and emerging sales technologies, reflecting a forward-thinking approach as we continue to innovate our sales operations
