Job Description
The Test Centre (TCE) provides testing services based on a mature, proven, and well-established testing strategy and methodology.
The team's core activities include test design, test execution, and defect management across key business domains such as Savings and Protection. TCE plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of business applications, including ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS, supporting strategic projects and business transformations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
As a Test Analyst, you will contribute to the design, execution, and validation of testing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and functional requirements.
Test Design & Preparation
- Contribute to the design and preparation of test scenarios, test cases, and testing deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, testing standards, and quality guidelines.
- Register and maintain test assets in the designated testing tools.
- Support the creation, validation, and communication of testing deliverables within the assigned scope.
- Prioritize testing activities according to project requirements and risk assessment.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the testing community.
Test Execution & Reporting
- Execute test cases within the assigned scope and area of expertise.
- Record test execution results accurately in the appropriate tools.
- Provide relevant information and recommendations to support Go/No-Go decisions.
- Monitor testing progress and proactively communicate risks related to quality, scope, or timelines.
- Regularly report status updates to the Test Lead and other relevant stakeholders.
Defect Management
- Identify, document, and track defects using the appropriate defect management tools.
- Support defect triage sessions and contribute to defect prioritization activities.
- Collaborate with development and business teams during defect analysis and resolution.
- Perform validation and retesting of defect fixes.
- Contribute to the preparation of test closure reports and testing documentation.
Governance & Compliance
- Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Follow established testing methodologies, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and project governance practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance activities.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of ISTQB principles, terminology, and testing lifecycle.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ability to identify, assess, and monitor project risks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent French (written and spoken).
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing.
- Experience in insurance, life insurance, or banking environments.
- Hands-on experience with ALM Octane.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with API testing.
- Knowledge of SAS.
- Experience with Control-M or other scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
