Job Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and business domains.
• Define test strategies, test plans, scope, estimations, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate testing throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Drive test design, execution, defect management, reporting, and closure activities.
• Assess testing readiness and provide Go/No-Go recommendations for key project milestones.
• Manage testing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead governance meetings, monitor KPIs, and deliver testing status and execution reports.
• Coordinate business users and cross-functional teams during test preparation and execution phases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and testing best practices.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to testing teams while promoting a culture of quality and collaboration.
• Experience in Agile environments and large-scale enterprise transformation projects is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, communication, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid environments).
• Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing knowledge is highly valued.
• Previous experience in testing projects within the Life Insurance, Insurance, or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience managing testing activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• French: Mandatory
• English: Professional working proficiency (preferred)
