Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a French Speaking Tester for one of our main partners, for a hybrid position based in Portugal.

In Amaris, we are currently increasing our team. Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and agile Environment, where you will be able to fulfill your careers expectations in an fast-growing company with a dynamic environment.

As a Tester at Amaris, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify issues, perform testing, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

WHAT WE WANT

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• French and English Fluent
