We are looking for a Time & Attendance Transformation Lead with French to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
This role lasts initially until the end of 2026 with expected extension, where only a full-time cooperation is available as form of cooperation.
Tasks and Responsibilities • Drive and own deliverables as per the project plan for Time & Attendance (T&A) system and process design, including both positive and negative time
• Lead integration of T&A processes with the new Payroll vendor, ensuring consistent data flow and alignment with H2R and Benefits
• Oversee all time and absence-related data transitions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality
• Lead, facilitate, and prepare working sessions to define T&A requirements for France in accordance with local legislation and internal policies
• Ensure T&A system design supports French labor laws, working time rules, collective agreements, and absence regulations
• Collaborate closely with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of Time, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits processes
• Manage communication activities, change adoption, and stakeholder expectations
• Identify and manage cross-functional task interdependencies and critical integration points
• Support testing cycles, validation, and readiness for go-live activities related to Time & Attendance
• Contribute to hypercare and stabilization efforts after deployment
Requirements• 5+ years of experience in Time & Attendance, Time tracking, Absence, or HR systems transformation
• Strong knowledge of French time-related legislation, working time rules, and absence regulations
• Proven experience integrating T&A systems with Payroll during vendor transitions
• Experience with Workday Time and other T&A solutions strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Fluency in English and French
