What you will do
We'll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding. Your scope of duties will be focused on:
- Providing front line support to our clients across phone, email, web chat and social media
- Answering queries from our client base on all of our products and platforms
- Resolving trade queries
- Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages
- Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks

What you will need is a genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services, along with motivation levels as impressive as your aptitude for numbers and attention to detail - plus:
- A degree-level education
- Fluency in primary support language: French (written and spoken)
- Fluent competency in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A logical and analytical approach to problem solving
- Confidence to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Literacy in MS Office
- Desirable: experience of working within a financial environment, or experience of working in a client servicing team
- Good working knowledge of any additional European language, would all be a distinct advantage
- Experience within financial or banking environment or experience in sales or client servicing team would be a distinct advantage.
