TRAFFIC ADMINISTRATOR (French-speaking)

At DFDS, we keep Europe moving - connecting people, goods, and businesses across borders. Now, we're looking for a Traffic administrator to strengthen our Operation team in La Roca del Valles and help drive excellence in freight operations.

If you're a hands-on logistics who is professional, motivated and who has a keen interest in the supply chain sector.

About The RoleAs Traffic administrator, you will report directly to the Freight responsible and play a key role in ensuring customers shipments from booking through to completion, ensuring operational excellence, proactive communication, and a first-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accept and process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or service challenges.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Your Background

• Previous experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or international road operations preferred.
• Fluent in French and Spanish.
• Education in transport and logistics

Your Skills

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
