Job Description

As a Traffic Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our paid acquisition strategy.
You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the growth of our acquisition channels while enhancing your professional skills.

Main tasks and goals:

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
• Set up and manage campaigns: configuration and advanced tracking validation (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign
• improvement and growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive
• execution of marketing strategies.
• Test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging strategies to continuously
• improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid acquisition and digital marketing;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong, hands-on track record of managing Google Ads accounts. Additional experience with other digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads etc.)
• Strong proficiency with analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and ideally Adobe Analytics;
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent Level of French and English (at least C1 level).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices in paid acquisition;
• Proficiency in budget management and performance forecasting;
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
