Job DescriptionAbout a role: Based on the consolidation of the company's training needs, the Training Administrator coordinates the implementation of appropriate learning solutions. Within a defined scope, they schedule sessions with trainers, ensure communication of dates and learner registration, oversee financing and invoicing for the training programs, manage the deployment of sessions on the planned dates, and close them out by collecting the required legal documentation and recording it in the Training System.
Responsibilities: - Analyze training needs within assigned scope (industrial or corporate environment)
- Plan sessions in collaboration with facilitators or external providers
- Prepare complete training documentation (administrative and financial) and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Negotiate with external training providers to secure cost-effective solutions and monitor adherence to pricing terms
- Manage training back office operations via the SAP system (session creation, registration tracking, invitation dispatch, participation validation) and handle logistics (room setup, equipment, etc.)
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions on scheduled dates
- Process payments for external providers in accordance with contractual terms
- Collect and archive session data (attendance sheets, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and proper closure of sessions
- Review participant evaluation forms and suggest improvement areas based on feedback
- Participate in a monthly meeting to (1) suggest ideas for improving and optimizing the deployment of training programs, and (2) implement those ideas
- Update the training programs managed within the Administrator's portfolio, incorporating all changes (e.g., duration, cost, content adjustments)
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree. Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Assistance
- Strong team spirit and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining structure and coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and trainers regarding training volume, planning, execution, and budget
- High standards of rigor and accuracy in file and task management, ensuring precision and compliance with administrative procedures
- Focus on collective results and active contribution to team performance and shared goals
- Client-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality follow-up and service delivery
- Supplementary training in office software tools such as Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of SAP and related digital systems
- Solid understanding of French training regulations
