Milestone Systems Bulgaria is a home of more than 200 professionals. The Sofia site operates as a tech hub for the company, with different development teams. Apart from the strong presence of Product & Tech teams, Milestone Bulgaria's sales team are a key factor for positioning the company as a trusted partner in the region.
About the TeamPartner & Customer Training EMEA team is responsible for the marketing, sales, and delivery of training and certifications within the EMEA territory for Milestone. The mission of the team is to empower the people in the Milestone community to perform on the-job by growing their expertise in designing and implementing Milestone solutions. By working directly with the EMEA sales organization, the team actively promotes, sells, and manages the certification and training activities driving towards a profitable and professional service business unit, that supports the sale of Milestone core products.
This role supports the EMEA sales organization by:
- Communicating certification and training requirements to partners and customers
- Managing course scheduling to maximize resource utilization and course profitability.
- Ensuring compliance of partners to the certification requirements outlined in Milestone's Channel Partner Program.
- Actively promoting the Milestone Knowledge Program and its value to distributors, integrators, and end customers.
- Collaborate with Milestone sales teams and Marketing team to drive attendees into courses
- Managing registration information and payments for upcoming courses in accordance with Milestone policies and processes.
- Meeting targets associated with training and certification activities.
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks to assist colleagues in Partner & Customer Training EMEA
To be successful in this role, you are expected to:- Call potential attendees to explain pertinent course information along with the benefits of certification and training.
- Manage marketing activities associated with upcoming courses.
- Communicate important course information to potential attendees.
- Follow-up with potential attendees to receive commitment for upcoming courses.
- Receive and process orders for upcoming training courses and certifications. Request/*issue invoices accordingly.
- Manage and follow-up on payment and collections from customers attending courses.
- Ensure the successful sales of Milestone training courses.
- Enter key customer data and activity into CRM.
- Work with Milestone sales team to drive attendees into courses.
- Work with Milestone channel partners to ensure they understand and meet certification and training requirements.
- Work with distribution partners to actively promote and recruit for upcoming training courses.
- Meet different targets for training activities within the various geographic regions
Preferred skills & Requirements:- University degree in Economics or a related field
- Fluent in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Decisive, agile, and highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Customer-focused with a desire to develop sales expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Background in customer management and inside sales, preferably within the EMEA region
